The renter must be at least 21 years old for all categories.

The renter does not need to present a credit card. The charge for each rental is a 24 hour charge. For delay after the delivery date and time, the cost is 1 day extra charge.

The tenant must have a valid driving license for at least one year.

Oreo Auto Rentals does not require a saferty deposit amount prior to renting.

All fines and administrative penalties resulting from the driver's fault are fully borne by the lessee.

All car drivers authorized by OREO AUTO RENTALS are insured against third party liability for death, personal injury and property damage. Both coverages are subject to the general terms of the OREO AUTO RENTALS contract with its Insurance Company.

No extra charge for extra driver after consultation with the company OREO AUTO RENTALS.

When returning the car, the tenant must return the vehicle to the same level of gasoline contained in the car on the first day of booking. If this is more the company OREO AUTO RENTALS has no liability for compensation.

The company reserves the right, depending on availability, to provide a different type of car from that of the original booking with a corresponding or larger vehicle.

The possibility of transportation by ship is provided at an additional cost and only with the written approval of our office.In case of transfer without prior approval from the company, any insurance coverage agreed between the renter and the company does not remain valid.
